Bookkeeping accountant
代记账会计
The Accountant will be responsible for the timely and correct handling of matters concerning the day-to-day administration and bookkeeping including correspondence and other communication with clients. Assist supervisor in guiding and coaching junior accountants.
记账会计负责及时、准确地处理与客户的日常管理和记账工作，包括与客户的通信和其他沟通事宜。协助主管指导和指导初级会计师。

Key responsibilities:
主要职责:
1.管理一个多家客户，审查客户的每月凭证，财务报告和分析，以确保在记录和及时向客户报告的准确性
Managing a complex portfolio of clients, review clients’ monthly vouchers, financial report and analysis to ensure the accuracy in recording and reporting to client on a timely basis.
2.能独立建立核算账套、归类整理原始凭证、录入凭证、编制财务报表及客户需要的其他报告
Can independently establish accounting A / C sets, classify original documents, input vouchers, prepare financial statements and other reports required by clients
3.熟悉个税明细及所得税汇算清缴等纳税申报工作
Familiar with a tax details and income tax final settlement and other tax returns
4.熟悉社保、公积金、工商年报公示、残保金审核等业务
Familiar with social security, provident fund, industrial and commercial annual report publicity, residual insurance review and other business


The ideal candidate would have:
理想的候选人为：
1.大专以上学历，财务、会计或相关专业
Tertiary Qualification in finance, accounting or related disciplines
2.3年以上财务会计岗位工作经验，有过财务公司和代账公司经验
More than 3 years working experience in finance and accounting positions, including finance company and accountant company.
3.会做一般纳税人和进出口退税且做账超过30家
Will do the general taxpayers and import and export tax rebates and do more than 30 accounts
4.熟悉中华人民共和国公认会计准则，中华人民共和国税收法律法规和规章制度方面表现良好
Have a good knowledge in PRC GAAP, PRC Tax Laws and Regulations
5.在解决日常税务和会计事宜方面的技术能力
Technically competent in resolving day to day operations relating to tax and accounting matters 举报 分享
