1. Develop the mechanical design for the agitators, including the layout/general arrangement and the design for individual parts such as pedestals, shafts, impellers etc based on scientific calculation and the aids of Design Experts System.
2. Generate the Engineering data including drawings, BOM’s, calculations, purchasing specifications, User Manuals, Working instructions for operations etc.
3. Verify the specification of the mixer machines sized by application engineers in early stage of the project.
4.Support sales, working cooperatively with Sales pre order to develop optimum designs in response to unusual applications.
5. Support production team, quality team, sourcing team and field service team on problem solving
6. Interacting with suppliers to optimize designs so that they are more cost effective and better quality.
7. Writing detailed assembly, inspection and test instructions for assembly and quality.
岗位要求
1. Three plus years related experience. Designing of mixers, vessels or rotary pumps would be preferred.
2. Design softwares AutoCAD, Solidworks, Familiar with softwares EPDM, TeamCenter would be preferred
3. Basic EngineeringTheoretical Knowledge
4. Fabrication processes mainly on machining, welding and metal sheeting
5. Familiar with ERP system
6. Oral and written communication skills in English.
7. Familiar with Quality Assurance System and QC tools.
