职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
？ Manage quotation activities, reply the inquiry both from SE/AE and customers, by quickly providing proposal refer to the relevant product
？？Review the commercial & technical requirements related to the inquires, list out all of the deviations terms by consulting with relevant departments
？ Coordinate various internal resources to acquire all the technical and commercial information needed for the proposal
？ Solicit all required sub-vendor quotations while communicating all the customer specifications and requirements to the sub-vendor
？ Prepare the cost sheet which compliance to the customer’s requirements, complete SAP
？ Compliance with company’s policy and relevant process to submit the proposals
？ Communicate with overseas BU and global CSOA when needed
？ Monitor the proposal status throughout the entire bid cycle
？ Participate the technical clarification meeting with customer
？ Review the order to ensure compliance with Flowserve’s original proposal and all agreed upon changes, and make the clean & accurate order transfer files to Operation
？ Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
？ Bachelor degree in mechanical major (fluid machinery major will be a plus)
？ 3+ years working experience in pump industry
？ Good English in reading and writing
？ Has knowledge of API Standard
？？Familiar with quotation and selection process
