岗位职责：
1．制定并实施销售计划以满足业绩期望与目标；
2．熟悉并能够为客户充分地介绍西德福产品的技术特点及应用；
3．与客户具有良好的沟通能力，并且具有开发新客户的激情和能力；
4．基于客户的需求及时给予销售建议；
5．销售实施进程中各阶段管理，确保及时响应客户需求；
6．上级交付的其他工作。

岗位要求：
1．本科或以上学历，相关液压或机械工程专业；
2．3年或以上相关工作经验；
3．较强的沟通、表达、协调能力；
4．积极进取，且具良好的分析能力；
5．适应不同环境的团队；
6．良好的英语读写能力；
7．能够经常出差。

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and executes sales plan to meet performance expectations and requirements;
2. Prepare sales presentations to create product understanding and awareness;
3. Build relationships with key customers to enhance long-term business prospects;
4. Prepare sales proposals based on customer needs and expectations;
5. Administrate all phases of sales process to insure effective and timely customer service and response;
6. Mission assigned by Superior.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in Hydraulic or Mechanical Engineering;
2. Minimum 3 years related working experience;
3. Strong capability to capture customers' need and manage customer relationship;
4. Mature, aggressive, hardworking and with good analytical skills;
5. Able to work both in a team and an independent environment;
6. Average in English reading and writing;
7. Willing to travel frequently.
