Accountabilities:
1) In charge of petty cash.
-Handle daily payments & reimbursements.
-Keep records in cash journal every day and make sure cash in hand and in bank is in accordance with record.

2) In charge of bank affairs.
-Check TT application form, and then booking invoices in system. Finally pay TT after approval.
-Focus on AR timely, updated AR report timely and correctly.
-Keep records in cash in bank journal every day.
-Check balances of bank accounts and make sure in accordance with Bank statement.

3) apply for new customer code in system, then update and maintain it.

4) booking export and import cost in system every week.

5) Cooperate with supervisor on accounting affairs timely and correctly

6) Assist to change Business License Of The Enterprise and Tax Registration Certificate. ect.

Accounting & Admin Supervisor

Education:
? Bachelor degree or above major in Accounting, finance or relevant

Skills:
? Good command of English
? Good communication and interpersonal skill

Experience /Knowledge
? 1 yeas experience in accounting , finance or relevant.
? Knowledge of International Trade
