职位描述：
1. 组织、管理、协调项目各阶段产品测试开发工作。保证产品符合设计要求；
2. 组织、实施各阶段评估、评审、改进、改善工作，以及产品定型评审工作；
3. 制定项目测试开发流程及相关文档标准化；
4. 进行测试相关技术研究、资料收集、制作相应平台。

职位要求：
1. 熟悉手机通讯测试领域；
2. 熟悉项目管理流程；
3. 具备良好的团队管理经验；
4. 熟练运用英语，可与客户邮件及口语交流；
5. 工作严谨认真、积极主动；
6. 本科以上学历，通信、电子工程、自动化、计算机及其相关专业者优先。
