工作职责
1. Key partner in financial analysis, sustainable long term goals and owner relationship

2. Manage the accounting and HR team and its functions

3. Maximizing profitability providing direction to the management team in the areas of financial planning and reporting

4. Ensure all accounting, bookkeeping and licenses are compliant with Chinese law.
确保会计，财务记账和行政许可等事宜符合国内相关法律法规
5 Manage and guide overall Human Resources services, policies and programs for Tea Farm Camping Resort
全面管理和指导茶山露营地的人力资源工作，包括但不限于内部人事服务，人事政策和相关项目

REQUIREMENTS
任职要求
1. Minimal 5 years accounting experience in Chinese hospitality industry in related fields
五年以上国内酒店业财务岗位经验或相关从业经历
2. Knowledge of provincial legislation on employment standards, occupational health and safety and human rights
熟知地方人力资源相关的法律法规，包括但不限雇佣标准，劳动保护，职业安全和人权条例
3. Ability to handle high level of pressure
能够承受压力下工作
4. People oriented with strong interpersonal skills
优秀的沟通和人际关系能力
5. Fluently in Mandarin and English
汉语和英语熟练
