Zunyi Hailontun Tea Farm Camping Resort Tea Farm resort is a new unique hospitality development near Zunyi. Part of developing the Unesco Heritage Site, this unique Camping will offer 5 star Hotel services to initially 66 individual stand alone accommodations scattered over the Tea farm. Offering 5 star services, this new model blends within the natural green environment and offers its future guests unique experiences.
遵义海龙屯茶山露营度假村项目是遵义地区一个独特的旅游新景区。除了开发世界遗产风景，露营度假村项目初步已经拥有66个完全相互独立的度假屋，星罗棋布于茶山之上，并为游客提供五星级酒店式的服务。这种新的旅游度假模式完美的融合了景区优美的自然景观，为游客提供了独一无二的体验。

Due to open second quarter of 2017 this Resort now starts recruiting its top management.

RESPONSIBILITIES
工作职责
Achieve the yearly physical & financial occupancy targets of Tea Farm Camping Resort.
达到茶山露营地的实际年度入住率和财务销售目标
Develop and execute yearly sales plan for Tea Farm Camping Resort.
制定和执行茶山露营地的年度销售计划
Manage the fulfillment process of direct and indirect bookers for Tea farm Camping Resort.
促成直接和间接客房预订
Generate business-to-business sales: parties, incentives, meetings and events for Tea Farm Camping Resort.
负责团队业务销售：如聚会、奖励旅游、会议、活动等
Support the National Marketing & Sales Director in development and implementation of Group Marketing & sales strategy & operations, for example branding strategy, distribution strategy, etc.
协助大区营销总监组织市场活动、落实销售策略、执行销售安排，例如品牌策略，分销方案等

REQUIREMENTS
任职要求
1. Minimal Bachelor degree in relevant study.
相关专业学士学位以上
2. Minimal 5 years experience with a proven success track record as sales manager in Chinese hospitality industry.
至少五年国内酒店业销售经理岗位成功经验
3. Fluently in Mandarin and English.
精通普通话和英语
