岗位职责：
Job Description
1、 参与事业部年度目标制订与分解，结合集团及事业部战略规划制定4S店中长期发展战略规划，并落地实施；
Participate in the planning and administration of the ABD’s annual objectives; formulate long-term strategic plans for 4S stores to achieve those objectives. Execute plans on time and within budget
2、 根据主机厂商务政策制及事业部相关制度规定，完善4S店各项管理，健全岗位职责目标、持续改进各项业务流程，对经营过程实施有效地监督、指导、考核，以保障集团公司及事业部所规定各项计划及指标的完成；
Manage 4S stores according to car-makers and ABD rules and regulations; complete responsibilities and goals of all posts; continuously improve all business flows/processes and effectively supervise, guide and assess business processes to guarantee realization of all ABD plans and indexes.
3、 负责收集当地市场信息，并及时反馈事业部，为事业部战略决策提供依据；负责向事业部定期上报4S店运营情况，根据实际情况及时调整运营政策；
Collect and disseminate vital local information the ABD to assist support strategic decisions; regularly report to the ABD about 4s store status and adjust strategy in response to market changes;
4、 负责4S店公共关系、厂家关系的沟通，组织经济协议的洽谈和经济合同的签订。
Take charge of 4S store public relations; communicate with car-makers’ negotiate and sign contracts and agreements;
5、 负责人才队伍培训及建设工作，不断提高员工素质，对员工的选用育留等异动予以考核；并协助集团公司及事业部培养及选聘关键岗位人才，不断优化人力资源配置；
Oversee personnel training and team construction; continually improve overall quality; create talent assessment mechanisms to select, cultivate and dismiss employees. Help ABD select and cultivate key talent, optimizing the reach of human resources;
6、 完成上级交办的其他事项。
Fulfill other tasks as arranged by superiors.
岗位要求：
Job Requirements:
1、 全日制本科及以上学历，管理或汽车类相关专业；
Full-time Bachelor degree or above; Management or Automobile-related major;
2、 熟悉汽车销售和服务行业的专业知识，具有较为丰富的相关行业背景的企业管理经历（五年以上），其中须同岗位（或相近岗位）二年以上；
Professional knowledge of automobile marketing service sectors; over 5 years experience in business management with a background in similar industries, at least 2 years experience in the same or similar posts;
3、 具备把握企业发展全局，制定企业发展战略；
Capable of mastering the overall company development and strategic planning.
4、 具有极强的团队管理和领导技巧以及技能；
Strong leadership skills; team management ability;
5、 具备极强的协调和沟通能力，能够与其他部门、外部机构保持良好的协作关系。
Coordinate and communicate effectively with other divisions and external organizations; maintain positive relationships.

Working place: Chengdu,Mianyang、Deyang、Guangyuang、Meishan、Yibin 、Leshan、Shanxi、Yunnan,ect
