JOB FUNCTION-REQUIREMENTS:
The Digital Marketing Manager is accountable for helping develop and execute the on-line marketing strategy, manage partners responsible for the e-commerce platforms and develop resellers.

The position reports to the Commercial Director, and will be responsible for building E-commerce capabilities for the BU to effectively deliver annual targets in the E-commerce channel.
该岗位汇报给业务总监,需负责构建团队的电商能力、有效完成电商平台的各项年度指标。

Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Work out the company’s overall digital marketing strategy, incl. social media integration, develop annual plan and execute them
提供品牌全盘的数字营销策略(包括社交媒介的资源整合),制定并落实年度计划
2. Take ownership and management of consumer experience including design & aesthetics, content, navigation, information architecture, branding/marketing, performance, functionality of company’s e-commerce presence.
从设计及美感、内容、浏览习惯、信息构架、品牌规划及营销等角度出发去管理用户体验
3. Manage the investment in E-commerce and control the ROI
管理费用的投放、控制ROI
4. Ownership and management of SEO measurements and monitoring methodologies
提供SEO优化方案、负责效果监控
5. Keep a close eye on E-commerce trend of health food industry and explore the new initiatives
密切关注保健品行业电商趋势,探索新的发展方向
6. Work with the team to understand the needs of consumers then translate business intelligence into applicable initiatives from product holistic marketing campaign online and take prompt reaction to opportunities/requirement from customers when necessary.
与团队合作深入挖掘客户需求,将客户需求转化成业务发展的方向,为产品的整体在线营销提供商业分析,必要时,为潜在的客户需求提供及时反应。

Qualifications and Experience:
1. College degree or above
大专及以上学历
2. Solid and proven successful e-commerce experience in China
在国内拥有成功的电商运营经验
3. 3+ years’ experience in in online marketing, eCommerce, digital traffic management or digital assets field
拥有三年以上在线营销、电商、流量管理或数字资产领域的经验
4. Proven record of experience and success in managing digital marketing & social media campaigns
拥有成功的管理数字营销的经验
5. Proficiency in offline promotion in an FMCG company would be a plus
快消行业经验更佳
6. Exposure to e-commerce platforms such as Tmall and JD would be of value
有天猫、京东等电商平台运营经验更佳
7. Organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
拥有良好的组织能力、计划能力以及问题解决能力
8. Good communication and interpersonal skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese
良好的中英文沟通能力
