R&D Department
Working in the R&D Department will give you an opportunity to learn about all aspects of research and development of products. Here, not only will you learn the way R&D runs but also you will achieve from your innovative ideas and value for the corporation.

Your profile
We welcome graduates with Bachelor Degree or above or individuals with 1-2 years relevant work experience to join us. All you need is
?Mechanical Design/ Fashion Design and Engineering/Industrial Design and related major;
?CET-6 or above with good oral English abilities；
?Advanced knowledge of popular office software；
?Self-motivated, confident, cheerful and able to work under pressure；
?Thoughtful, creative and capacity of promoting change；
?Ability to see the big picture, strategic vision and keen business sense as well
?Excellent team work, strong interpersonal skills and good at persuading others rationally
