Your Responsibilities

? You will be responsible in providing administrative and office support to different departments
? You will create reports and input data into systems accurately and timely
? You will assist buyers to track related progress and manage product samples
? You will manage office supplies, including stationary and non-production material
? You will arrange and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for managers


Your Skills

? You have remarkable experience as Administration Assistant
? You are highly proficient in office management systems and procedures
? You have strong organizational and planning skills
? You are detail-oriented and well-organized in support of documentation and data processing
? You have brilliant communication skills in both Mandarin and English
