职位描述：
Responsible:
- New Technology Concept/Business Concept Incubation household application or products.
- Market / technology trends investigation/analysis and business planning.
- New technology and its concept development and management.
- Technology provider sourcing/Eco Partner Management & Business. Model development
- Technology Capability Roadmap implementation in plant level.

Requirement:
Education: Associate’s degree required, Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design preferred or combination of education and equivalent experience in Intelligence.

Experience:
- Five (5) years working experience required. Three (3) years new product research and development experience required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats
- Design and deliver presentations that clearly communicate your research and your recommended solution
- Ability to manage multiple projects, work in fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated excellent qualitative and quantitative analysis skills
- Ability to exercise discretion and good judgment in making decisions
- Ability to travel as needed to successfully perform position responsibilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of materials and information
