PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
? 1. Familiar with components qualification processes and able to set up test fixture correctly.
? 2. Provide regular quality report/supplier assessment with professional data analysis.
? 3. Great experience on supplier quality system audit and line/process qualification and experienced to drive for continuous improvement and timely CAR closure etc.
? 4. Capable to work with suppliers on FA for the failure happened at both T1 suppliers and T2 suppliers.
? 5. Familiar with new product transition and capable to manage new product milestone and interested in learning new technologies, Op Panel related working experience is preferred




MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
? Bachelor degree or above majored in Mechanical, Electronic or other engineering
? · At least 7 years related working experience
? · Be skilled with quality management tools
? · Fluent in written and spoken English, and mandarin as well.
? · Good interpersonal and communication skills
? Working in a multi-cultural or multi-national company preferred
