RESPONSIBILITIES：
1. Working with management team to develop quality strategic plan and set up annual goals. Build strong implementation plan and monitor to ensure target achieving.
2. Applies sound, systematic problem-solving methodologies in identifying, prioritizing, communicating, and resolving quality issues.
3. Initiate ISO 9001 implementation in the factory (and other management system requirements such as ISO 14001, etc.) and fulfill Quality System Management Representative role.
4. Maintains ISO9001 program and quality assurance procedures to ensure customer requirements are satisfied throughout the facility and at our suppliers
5. Lead all Quality in-house audits, coordinate customers/independent audits and oversees or performs audits to suppliers.
6. Assure compliance to requirements and optimization of process capabilities to ensure product quality, customer service, and cost effectiveness.
7. Control non-conformance both externally and internally. Initiate, implement and verify corrective actions as needed.
8. Lead problem-solving of supplier-related defects, lead supplier improvement initiatives.
9. Analyze manufacturing and supply chain quality data and lead problem-solving activities.
10. Leading the team to reduce DPMO, customer complaints, customer returned values and quality cost.
11.Implement SPC and capability studies for quality control.
12.Proactive investigates, identifies, and implements quality procedures and work instructions
13.Provides guidance and training to staff, assists subordinates in attaining career goals, motivates individuals to achieve results, and recruits and maintains a high quality staff.

QUALIFICATIONS：
1.BS or above in Engineering.
2.Min. 8 yrs experiences in Quality-related positions and quality leadership for at least 3 years.
3.Good written English skills and Verbal skills is preferred.　
4. Good communication and problem solving skills.
5.Proficient w/Microsoft office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access) & Statistical programs.
6.Proven ability to drive initiatives that support change;
7.Certified Six Sigma Green or Black Belt is a plus.
