The positions we need to hire
Now, we are looking for stuff for our branch office, Zhongshan office in Guangdong province. This office's main function is to do sales and marketing for the Korean main office. So it means that in branch office we always need to meet top-level customer group. Zhongshan office is the first branch for whole Chinese market and we already have a plan to build up Beijing and Shanghai offices. In this case, we need to promote the employees who grow up excellent with better career chances.
The positions we need are secretary and salesmen, which is only available for female to apply for. As a secretary，she need to handle almost all kinds of issues for helping the branch manager and also need to do negotiation with VIPs when needed. And about salesman, her main job is to do the first step negotiation with customers in phone calls and also in meeting.

What kind of persons we want:
Actually working experience is the last thing we consider because most stuff needs to learn a lot due to the high-end business area and overseas customer services. So graduates are also welcomed and we are sure that you will be well equipped in our company. According to different job content，we have individual demand on each. Here are some points:
In secretary’s case,
1. Enough smart and have man power to deal with various kinds of occasions
2. Be willing to bear burden of hard work and always have strong desire to learn
3. Can speak English well and also good at English writing
4. If have a driving license，it would be better
In salesman's case:
1. Have confidence in talking and have attractive personality
2. Can learn fast and can work under high pressure
3. Can speak English well

Working conditions
We can provide a huge platform for you to learn and get what you want. To sell one overseas real estate successfully, salesman needs professional knowledge and excellent negotiation skills. If you want to be an outstanding real estate consultant, here will be your best choice. If you could work well enough, you can get more than RMB300000 per year. The best employees will be chosen as manager after we set up our Beijing or Shanghai branch. Furthermore, you may need to travel abroad in the job once or twice in a year. Our company will provide social insurance and housing fund for each personnel and have two-day weekend.
