岗位职责：

1、有计划地主动获取更新改造业务信息, 配合总部采取相应的竞争策略，创造更新改造业务机会。

2、按照公司战略要求，发展和维护更新改造代理商队伍。

3、通过对客户持续的拜访和沟通以获得其反馈意见，及时更新改造项目进度，计划和跟踪销售活动。

4、评估分析客户的满意度，提出改进工作的建议并采取必要措施，澄清并解决任何来自客户并影响原先报价的特殊要求。

5、 对当地采购的技术方案,负责进行当地询价并将结果反馈给总部TRB报价部门。

6、负责更新改造合同的谈判到合同签署、协助设备排产和改造物料的采购。

7、支持改造项目的工程实施，配合协调处理工程中的遗留问题，确保项目顺利完工移交。

8、跟进项目收款，采取适当措施处理未清帐款。

9、其他上级领导交办的各项工作。

任职要求：

1.理工科相关专业毕业，本科及以上学历；

2.基本的英语阅读能力，熟练的计算机操作水平；

3.良好的沟通技巧及谈判能力；

4.很强的客户服务意识及自我驱动力；

5.有电梯行业经验者优先，熟悉当地电梯市场，具有一定的电梯销售、现场管理经验。
