职位描述：
岗位职责
1、负责产品的电子电气系统总成项目的技术支持、协调，并参与项目管理；
2、参与产品开发设计，就电子电气系统提供可行性研究服务；
3、配合项目组赢得OEM项目；
4、负责与OEM客户沟通，随时更新客户要求信息，并向客户汇报项目状况；
5、负责向客户提供先期解决方案和建议；
6、协助项目经理进行供应商评定或推荐；
7、领导或协助OEM电子电气供应商管理小组，提供相关技术支持和方案评审，并协调项目进度；
8、保持与机械部分开发设计的良好沟通，负责定义电子电气零件与机械零件的关系，建立或实现电子电气零件之间的合理可靠的关系；
9、现场支持系统总装和评估，负责解决系统级工程问题；
10、支持OEM总成的研发、制造、检测，就电子电气方面提供技术咨询和解决方案；
11、配合项目管理小组，完成OEM客户新产品开发工作流程APQP；
12、完成上级领导交办的其他任务。
任职资格
1、电子电路等相关专业大学大专以上学历，三年以上相关工作经验；
2、具有相关电子产品、硬件的设计、开发能力，熟练运用相关设计软件；
3、具有技术交底、设计变更、调试测试等所有技术工作能力。熟悉模拟、数字电路以及单片机外围线路。
4、能负责生产、加工过程中的技术监督、质量控制。熟悉IS0质量体系管理；
5、具有技术资料编写、技术原始记录，技术档案整理并归档能力；
6、具有良好组织能力，表达能力和谈判能力，思维敏捷、精力充沛、认真细致
