职位描述：
1. Identify key academic topics to promote in responsible area, figure out key area/ market segment/ specialty for respective products;
2. Work as the critical part for responsible areas in the whole national marketing plan and quarterly business plan;
3. Figure out key hospital accounts as quarterly keep penetration projects for field force. Analyze micro-environment of individual hospital and guide actions for sales personnel;
4. Responsible for local academic activities, including but not limited city symposia, RTM, academic saloons. Assess and select speakers and make sure the proper information delivered by speakers. Make sure and guide field force to select proper audience and push the after-meeting following up;
5. Visit and joint visit with field force on KOLs and ordinary clients to understand more on market needs and academic demand for both clients and field force;
6. Provide academic support with medical staff, including documents providing, lecture delivery/ speech, product knowledge education, etc;
7. Coordinate on projects if required by central marketing, medical or clinical research;

任职资格：
1. University graduates or above, medical or pharmacy would be a plus;
2. Above 3 years work experience working as sales/ marketing/ medical role;
3. Team player with opening mind-set;
4. Ability to develop effective, professional presentations, including both PPT preparation and speech;
5. Analytic and structural mind with strong excel capability;
6. Good communication and personal skill;
