职位描述：
To lead & develop the ME team to continuously improve the organization and team competencies, efficiencies & effectiveness to support organizational strategy.
To introduce breakthrough technology for existing production processes to improve quality, efficiency, OEE and EHS; retain and strengthen manufacturing technology leadship.
To manage new product introduction to launch new project on the target of quality, schedule, cost and system compliance.
To develop new tooling and machine to support new product and new technology introduction
To manage factory capacity and support effective labor planning, machine replacement, investment justification.
To manage factory and process layout to smoothen material flow, support process improvement and improve layout ultilization.
To take prompt, thorough & positive actions in all investigations of company suggestions dealing with tooling, methods, processes & packaging to convert these ideas into engineering changes & realize the cost savings.
Education
University degree or above
Major
Engineering or related management is preferred.
Working Experience
With ＞10 years solid manufacturing or engineering experience in MNC, with strong knowledge in process & product development
At least 5 years management experience in MNC
Skills
Solid skills on mechanical engineering or industrial engineering
Strong in English & computer skills
Strong communication skills, leadership presence & coaching skill
Passionate, commitment, team player
Ability to leading changes
