Order Coordinator
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for order & shipment follow up with factories & vendors, coordinating with customer’s logistics department
- System update, inspections arrangement
- Preparing production & shipment reports
- Work independently with overseas customers and mainland factories
- Work overtime is required
Qualification
- College graduated
- Minimum 2-3 years or above trading / shipping experience gained in major buying offices / agents
- Experience in U.S./ Europe shipment, full container loading & exposure with Direct Import orders preferred
- Energetic, self-motivated, result-oriented, independent, a problem solver and team player
- Proficient in both written & spoken English and Mandarin with good communication skills & hands on experience in Word, Excel and Outlook.
Working Place: Guangzhou city, Guangdong Province. (工作地点：广东省广州市)
