岗位要求
1、负责门店样品日常维护及管理，有计划地对门店出样产品进行调整；
2、在店内对展示产品进行专业介绍，了解各种顾客的类型与个性，并针对其特点营造出和谐友善的购物氛围；
3、通过现有顾客推荐获取更多的潜在客户，从而形成和扩大具有忠诚度的客户群；
4、负责日常来电来访，客户接待，及后续跟进服务直至销售达成；
5、负责老客户回访及客户关系维护，做好客户需求信息的及时记录；
6、收集客户信息、挖掘潜在客户，了解客户需求并积极主动创造机会达成业绩目标。
任职资格

1、学历不限，品行端正，综合素养好，要求有销售经验；
2、具有一定的商业悟性和谈判能力；
3、吃苦耐劳、认真负责并有强烈进取意识；
4、做事有条理，能很好与客户及同事沟通。
