Job description:

1. Configure, install, maintain and support standard desktops, laptops, network devices, printers, servers, and any other computer hardware and software.

2. Coordinate troubleshooting connectivity issues with the corporate LAN and/or WAN as well as remote access and home networking.

3. Assist in project based work in conjunction with Business staff and China IT team as required.

4. Provide support, maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrade, workstation installation of plant manufacturing system, application and any Computer related issue around the factory.

5. Ensure that company policies, standards, and procedures are followed and well executed.

6. End user education and training for IT policies, standards, and procedures.

Requirements:

1.College degree in information technology or related discipline.

2.3 years experience in an IT support or technical environment, with significant PC or client/server platform experience.

3. Fluent English (Written skilled, spoken good).

4.Strong Customer Service skills( Customer oriented )

5.Be able to effectively communicate with end user, with patience and problem solving attitude.

6.Good team work spirit and able to work under pressure.
