Duties:
1 Develop new overseas clients and market.
2 Maintain good and long-termed relationship with overseas clients.
3 Responsible for consulting,reception,following up and contact for the overseas clients, etc.
4 Collect and update market information.


Qualifications:
1 Bachelor's degree or above.
2 28-40 years old ,native speaker from USA or Europe with pure pronunciation in English;French,Spanish preferred.
3 Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4 Nice personal appearance in business and easy-going.
5 5+ years of experience in Marketing,Investment Attraction and Client Management on commercial real estate or business parks.
6 Extensive client resources from Fortune 500 companies preferred.
7 Travel moderately inside and outside China,depending on client and business needs.
8 Strong in analytical thinking and approaches.
