Job Description:
-- Work with Development center Technician to ensure technical packages are well transferred to manufacturing base.
-- Conduct technical trials to confirm FSR grading and manufacturing process (PFC) for new models.
-- Conduct line audits to ensure Converse Best Practices standards are followed for production.
-- Work closely with other functional teams to address production process and product issues.
-- Ensure technical transfers is conducted following Converse Tech Transfer Policy
-- Act as the technical communication window and report to Technical Manage on issues and resolution
-- Actively involve in teardown meetings and provide input during product development

Experience Requirement:
Minimum 5 years in shoe making in technical role.
Good knowledge of pattern, tooling and manufacturing processes.
Able to communicate in English efficiently both in written and spoken English.
Good IT skills and proficient in office, Power Point, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe etc.
