General 概述
* Oversee the planning operations in China.
* Manage supply planning staff and scheduling of material flow to meet production schedules and customer requirements.
Specific Responsibilities 工作职责
* Oversee the master schedule that supports business forecast
* Responsible for order & shipment follow up with factories & vendors.
* System update, inspections arrangement.
* Preparing production & shipment reports.
* Monitor inventory liability and keep track with SWUS to consume inventory
* Communicate with SwimWays US office for the demand and supply gap, master supply schedule
* Ensure supply plan is well executed and handle risks and issues related to the planning and inventory.
* Perform ad-hoc project as assigned.
Required Skill Set 工作技能要求
* Able to work independently with overseas customers and vendors and handle full-range Able to work independently with overseas Planning Team and handle full-range production planning duties. Familiar with capacity and FOB Planning.
* High exposure to high mix and high matrix planning.
* Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese/Mandarin.
* Effective presentation and communication skills.
* Self-motivated, independent, good interpersonal skill and responsible.
* Good computer knowledge; proficient in Excel is a must.
Required Qualifications & Experience
* University graduate.
* More than 5 years' relevant work experience in Hard Toys of Trading/ Buying Office or EMS / FMCG industry.
* Experience in SAP R/3 system or ERP system required.
* Willing to travel as required.
