Specific Responsibilities 工作职责
* Proactively identify issues/questions and provide production solutions.
* Coordinate and control sample developments with vendors.
* Sample approval and testing arrangement if needed.
* Track and coordinate logistics and delivery between suppliers and customers.
* Control the quality in cooperation with our QC team and third party company.
* Handle request for quote and obtain best pricing from suppliers.
* Select suppliers based on knowledge of suppliers, supplier facilities and schedule availability.
* Manage supplier’s performance and maintain key suppliers relationship.
* Source capable supplier and expand supplier database to support business demand.
* Prompt offer new ideas or inventions once getting from suppliers, show, etc..
* Work with QC team to ensure supplier quality compliance and social compliance.
Required Skill Set 工作技能要求
* Familiar with Microsoft Office operation.
* Good computer knowledge, experience in SAP R/3 system is preferred.
* Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese/Mandarin.
* Effective presentation, communication, persuasion skills.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills, has team-work spirit.
* Good analytical skill.
Required Qualifications & Experience 任职资格及经验要求
* College degree or above.
* 3 - 5 years' relevant work experience in Hard Toys of Trading/Buying Office or EMS/FMCG industry.
Working Place: Guangzhou city, Guangdong Province. (工作地点：广东省广州市)
备注：该职位为5个月短期合同工，合同期间为员工购买社保、医保。
