职位描述：
岗位职责
1、业务主管职位，独立负责工作小组，给下级成员提供引导或支持并监督他们的日常活动；
2、推动实施客户服务规范和制度；
3、适当处理服务的故障和客户的投诉处理，控制客户满意度的的跟踪及分析；
4、定期整理搜集客户反馈，进行客户需求分析；
5、全方位优化客户服务质量。

任职资格
1、专科及以上学历；
2、2年以上的客户服务工作经验，相关领域从业者优先；
3、良好的协调和沟通能力、人际交往能力和语言表达能力；
4、较强的责任心和执行力，富有工作热情和团队意识。
