Job Responsibilities
- Handle a range of program management services for customers;
- Program Management areas include business forecasting/demand planning, customer service, relationship management, problem resolution, KPI metric review;
- Develop methodology on demand gap analysis and product flow efficiency;
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers;
- Effectively manage customer relationships, promptly respond to queries, ensure promises are kept and manage expectations;
- Interact effectively with other departments to resolve hurdle/problem;
- Evaluate customers’ demand and market trend and make appropriate forecast accordingly;
- Provide coaching to junior PM staff;
- Perform data analysis and be the leader of process/system improvement.
Qualification
- University graduate;
- 6 - 8 years' relevant work experience in Hard Toys of Trading/ Buying Office or EMS / FMCG industry;
- Experience of managing accounts and relationships for multiple clients;
- Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese/Mandarin;
- Effective presentation, communication, persuasion skills;
- Very good analytical skill;
- Self-motivated, independent, good interpersonal skill and service-oriented;
- Good computer knowledge; experience in SAP R/3 system or ERP system required.
- Willing to travel as required.
