A: Key Results Area
     Process quality control and product testing both in semi-finished and final product

B: Major Activities:
* Responsible for the preparation and implementation of the standards, institutions of quality inspection and testing, implement customer quality requirements.
* Responsible for prepare quality inspection and test specifications of the goods in process, finish goods, and supervise its implementations.
* Responsible for prepare and monitor the implementation of quality inspection program and quality improvement plans.
* Support in validation and identification of the new products, new materials and new process.
* Responsible for organize semi-finished and finished products factory inspection and testing, responsible for test status, audit the records.
* Responsible for monitoring and evaluation of testers’ work quality, and assessment of test skills then coach them to improve the test skill as well as maintain good behavior.
* Identify the potential risk of test process, reduce the safety risk and ensure to conform to ABB safety requirements and regulations.
* Involve in investigation of root cause of customer complaints, process and final product quality issue, provide support to customers both internal and external to ensure CCRP ROT 100%.
* Work with PE and other operation related teams to improve process quality, to meet the target of FPY and organize regular meeting to report the FPY result to management.
* Responsible for the assessment and disposition of nonconforming products.
* Responsible for the maintenance of test devices to reduce the down time, and ensure a higher PQC/FQC test efficiency.
* Implementation of advanced quality control tools, include but not limit to FMEA, control plan, SPC and even DOE to help in finding the root cause as well as the quality tendency, focus on quality prevention no only controls.
C: Measurements
* FPY (First time Pass Yield)
   * Hazard report closure rate and reduce test safety risk.
   * CCRP ROT 100%.

Subordinates: 30 persons

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

？ Bachelor degree or above, major in Electrical Machines, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.
？ At least 5 years’ experience of quality inspection and test in medium-voltage transformer industry or transformers technology and process.
？ Good PC Skills in Microsoft such as Word, Excel and Power Point etc.
？ Good team player, strong analytical skills in quality data, good problem solving ability.
？ Be able to work under high pressure.
？ Familiar with manufacturing process of the transformer and testing equipment and methods.
？ Familiar with MSA, SPC, FMEA and DOE is preferred.
？ Fluent in English and Mandarin.

全球领先的电力和自动化技术集团ABB今天宣布，与广东四会互感器厂有限公司签署合资协议，成立广东四会ABB互感器有限公司。新公司将成为ABB全球中压互感器生产基地之一，主要设计、制造生产开关设备所需的互感器、传感器和中压绝缘组件。

ABB（中国）有限公司董事长方秦在当天的签约仪式上表示：“新公司的成立后，ABB在华企业总数将达到30家。这是ABB坚持在华投资和发展的又一有力举措。过去6年中，ABB在华年均投资额超过1亿美元。”

互感器是一种测量传感器，主要用以测量电力系统的保护和监视所需的电流和电压值。中压互感器是中压开关系统实现稳定和可靠运转的关键设备。中国中压互感器市场一直保持着约10%的年增长率。


根据协议，中方合作伙伴将把其所拥有的全部中压互感器、传感器和绝缘组件业务并入新成立的合资公司，ABB将帮助新公司全面提升企业经营水平，令其在产品技术、制造工艺、企业管理、职工健康安全等方面达到国际水平。


方秦说：“智能电网前景鼓舞人心，将会有力促进包括开关设备在内的电力系统的市场发展，从而带动了对高质量传感器产品的市场需求。ABB是中国领先的开关设备供应商，我们要为满足自身和市场对高质量传感器的双重需求做好准备。”

新公司计划于2010年第三季度正式投产，产品将供应给ABB本地开关设备企业，同时面向国内外市场销售。


新公司成立后，将陆续引进生产ABB全球技术领先的、具有体积小、高效节能等突出优点的中压传感器，进一步提高企业的竞争力。


广东四会互感器厂有限公司成立于1988年，专门设计、生产和销售互感器、变压器、开关设备、传感器和绝缘件等产品。统计数据显示，该公司目前是国内中压互感器企业五强之一。
