Position: Quality Assurance (QA)
Job Responsibilities
？ * Conduct the pre-shipment inspection. Complete inspection report.
？ * Work with the manufacturer to follow up the corrections and preventions for the quality issues.
？ * Analyze customer complaints and follow up improvement; ensure prompt corrective actions are taken.
？ * Implement the continuous quality improvement. Manage supplier corrective action plans and verify implementation.
？ * Engineering Change Verification in Mass Production.
？ * Provide support & guidance to Supplier QC Staff.
？ * Carry out the assignments by Quality Manager.
Qualification:
？ * At least 3 years working experience. Major in mechanical / quality management is preferred.
？ * Experience on toys industry. Be familiar with toy standards or regulations, like ASTM F963 / EN-71 / CPSIA / CHPA, etc.
？ * Experience on manufacturing / surface treatment / plastic material is required.
？ * Good level of English both in writing and speaking.
？ * Must have experience with MS Office platforms (Excel, Word, etc.)
？ * Meticulous, have patience and high sense of responsibility to carry out her job duties；
？ * Positive attitude and well organized. Must have high work motivation and be capable of independent work and willing to travel.
？ * Good communication skills.
Working Place: Zhaoqing city, Guangdong Province.

？ * 处理客户投诉，确保相关部门及时采取改进措施。
？ * 执行质量的持续改进。管理供应商的改善计划并验证执行。
？ * 工程变更的实施验证。
？ * 为供应商QC人员提供指导。
？ * 执行质量主管安排的其它任务。
职位要求:
？ * 至少三年工作经验。机械和质量管理专业优先。
？ * 有玩具行业工作经验。熟悉玩具法规和规范，比如ASTM F963 / EN-71 / CPSIA / CHPA.
？ * 在机械制造、表面处理以及塑胶材料方面具有相关工作经验。
？ * 良好的英文书写及口语能力。
？ * 良好的电脑应用水平；熟练应用MS Office。
？ * 做事细心，耐心，具有高度的责任心。
？ * 工作态度积极，良好的组织能力。具有很高的工作热情，独立工作，愿意出差。
？ * 良好的沟通能力
