Responsibilities & Duties of the Position:
1. Set up and run efficient Project Management Structure:?Project Planning, Project Assignment, Project Description or Project and Product Summary, Project Team incl. Responsibilities, Project Time Plan, Project Review List, Project Status Report / Project Follow Up Report.
2. Hold regular internal Project Review Meetings with team. Establishing action items and due dates for activities of NPD, Engineering, Sourcing, Quality, Supplier, etc.
3. Establish good working relationship with people at customers
4. Documentation and reporting of project progress, escalation of critical issues and preparation of decision documents
5. Interface with customers about all commercial and project issues.

Requirement of candidates:
1. Bachelor degree, Prefer on ME, Business or equivalent background
2. Excellent skills on communication, relationship building, coordination and problem-solving
3. 5 years project management experience in mid or high volume consumer products, manufacture industrial is preferred.
4. Fluent English.
5. Good Quality awareness.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects effectively at one time.
7. Good learner and self-motivated.
