Essential Functions
· Manages demand database for China
· Assist in facilitating the Sales Inventory and Operations Planning Process for assigned product lines; assists in the Demand Planning product forecasting process and strategy for assigned product lines
· Organizes, facilitates, and provides monthly demand analysis/reports of significant changes for the S&OP meetings, both at the working level and the executive level
· Provides assistance in the creation of the monthly supply plan by generating demand reports for specific Plants; validate performance versus the Demand Plan
· Gathers feedback from the Supply Planning team on significant abnormalities, discontinuations, etc to build into the overall Demand Plan
· Manages data accuracy and data integrity, including master data for planning and item group preference profiles of assigned skus
· Develop operating mechanisms to communicate and monitor orders, sales, forecast and S&OP performance
· Assists in product Life Cycle management process, including analysis of performance and facilitating life cycle and business operating model (Make to Order vs Make to Stock) change management
· Assist in production allocation and prioritization initiatives
· Drives process development and optimization
· May be required to perform other related duties as required and/or assigned.

Education:
· Bachelors in business or technical discipline; Advanced Degree preferred
· APICS Certification or equivalent preferred

Experience:
· 5-7 years experience or combination of business experience and education
· Advanced skills in Excel, Access, Cognos/Data Warehouses, JD Edwards ERP and/or other ERP system
· Functions in a global and matrix organization
· Advanced knowledge in Demand Planning and Supply Planning processes
