Main Responsibilities:
1. Execute sales activities & campaigns to implement company's overall sales strategy to develop new customers and meet the assigned sales target and other business objectives on revenue, profitability and sales growth.
2. Develop approaches which can be applied in the sales cycle to improve business effectiveness and quality of customer service. To review different market segments, identify and execute on market opportunities, carry out proper analysis on the sales data, to figure out the better way to develop an effective sales strategy.
3. Manage sales activities with potential customers who are of strategic importance to the company; influence decision-making of the customer during the process of visits, presentations and contract negotiations.
4. To maintain the current customer relations and explore the new sales channel and target customers to increase market share in existing markets and maximize new business development opportunities. Generate timely sales reports


Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above (chemical/material industry is preferred).
2. At least 8 years’ experience in a similar position. Successful sales and new business development track record in Chemical Industry market. Appropriate experience in technical service will be considered in lieu of direct sales experience.
3. Familiar with water-based coating industry a must.
4. Actions and results oriented; can work under high pressure.
5. Customer focus; demonstrated excellent consultative selling approach.
6. Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skill.
7. Strong data analytical and problem shooting skills.
8. Able to develop a strong sales team and motivate them with diverse skills.
9. Creative in developing new business opportunities.
10. Aggressive in challenging market, result-oriented, self-motivated and willing to work hard under high pressure.
11. Basic English both in speaking and writing.
