Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities:

1. Research, develop, design, and test simple to high complex electrical components, circuits and systems.
2. Manage small-scale engineering and contribute to large-scale projects to ensure product performance, project schedule and engineering budget.
3. Interface with staff engineers, customers and sales/marketing to investigate new applications and technologies.
4. Support purchasing, manufacturing, and test of new products as necessary.
5. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

? B.S. in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
? 3-7 years of relevant design experience
- Circuit design and printed circuit board design experience
- Strong analog/digit analysis and design skills
- Exposure to design review and documentation process
? Executes to deadlines and milestones
? Ability to read and understand electronic schematics
? Familiar with industrial regulatory requirements
? Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
? Proficient in English (verbal and written)
? Ability to travel up to 10%

Preferred Requirements
? Masters in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
? Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot electronic circuits
? Knowledge of and experience in radio frequency (RF) signal generation and analysis.
? Understand of field simulation and/or mathematical modeling techniques.
