职位描述

Key Missions:
?Support Distribution Manager to implement the defined distribution strategy/activities to achieve profitable & sustainable growth in line with Regional Commercial Roadmap
?Responsible for daily business operation and growth on related distributors, which is in line with China distribution management procedures
?Implement defined pricing policies and monitor the performance
?Arrange the training and promote on the responsible distributors
?Responsible for distribution’s business running and growth to achieve the defined objectives

Vacancy description:
?Manage the forecast, sales, CM and payment of responsible distributors to achieve the team objectives
?Work with related departments to response the inquiries from distributors and end users as well, including but not limited to product recommendation, pricing, product stewardship, supplier register and testing
?Keep the periodic review on responsible distributors and valuable end users with the missions including business review, problem handling, development and etc.
?Work with related departments to handle the quality complaints, new product development, information collection
?Sustainably improve the personnel competencies in sales skills, distribution management, application knowledge and others help to achieve the missions
?Identify/understand customer CTQs on applications and translate them into product/service CTQ’s; work with related departments to develop and follow the business opportunities
?Investigate and evaluate the performance of responsible distributors
?Consolidate channel market information, Identify valuable/potential market and propose the development plan

Profile:
?Bachelor Degree in chemistry related engineering major, Polymer or Plastics is a plus
?Min. 5 years experience in one of the above professions, operations and customer support & business environment
?Good communication & interpersonal skills in both English and local language;
?Good knowledge of Product & Application
?Long-term & good relationship with Key customers
?Team working spirits
?Strong executive presence and communications skills
?Good project management skills
?High energy, result driving and enthusiasm
