Key Responsibilities:
1. To identify the key Marcom initiatives based on AOP / Straplan as well as VOC from internal and external team; To manage the annual Marcom AOP and conduct review meeting with cross function team quarterly at least, monthly when required.
2. Get alignment with Commercial team as well as making sure the result-on-investment is achieving business goals(generate sufficient sales opportunities…) by using established measurement tools
3.To prioritize the Marcom initiatives and thus allocate the resource on budget;
4.To demonstrate the value proposition of product and develop new Marketing collaterals(in ppt. and/or in printed brochure format) based on Value Proposition
5. Events management, leading and coordinating projects such as exhibitions and conferences, Seminars including messages, designs, materials preparation and people arrangement through closely working with cross function team.
6. Communication materials development & localization, coordinating global materials (videos) localized into China version and/or supporting to produce local customized new brochures, newsletters, newspapers, press release, presentations and other marketing tools.
7.Support with PR activities & Other Marketing communication related stuff, printing, translation, giveaway management…
8. Run E-marketing campaign for related product lines and related market hot topics /hot applications through e-mail campaigns & social media (Weibo, Wechat platform for company) through working with 3rd party vendor & internal Product Managers, Application engineers, other Marcom peers…
9. Manage routine Telemarketing team(outsourced)’s performance & Provide Daily support to them to enable the team improving performance month by month, quarter by quarter as well as enable the team communicating with internal team well.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
·Bachelor degree in chemical analytical, chemical engineering or related field;
·Demonstrate the potential on product marketing;
·Enjoy the event management and willingness to establish the best practice within Marcom team;
·Deep dive to the details but not lose the whole picture;
·3-5+ years marketing / marketing communication experience in instrumentation / chemical / heavy etc B2B industry preferred;
·A mature personality and a team player;
·Good track record in managing projects and working with various team members to accomplish common objectives;
·Fluent in both written and oral English;
·Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and sound understanding of graphic design software;
·Willing to travel (about 20% of total time).
