General responsibilities
? Be responsible for sample testing and reporting, demonstration, application materials translating, develop testing method.
? Respond to service calls to isolate or fix problem in malfunctioning instruments
? Participate application and user training course, leading internal technical training
? Work together with sales team in pre-sales support
? Manage demonstration unit
? Sorting installation & service manual in both English and Chinese
? Base in Shanghai


Job requirements
? Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
? Major in applied Chemistry, Materials Chemistry, Chemical Engineering Electronic，master degree.
? Has 2~3 years related working experience is plus.
? Good communication skill and team player.
? Customer oriented and target driven
? Have strong sense of initiative and motivation. Ability to learn quickly.
? Knowledge of English, written and spoken.
? Experience in Surface analyzer, Particle analyzer and Contact angle analyzer is preferred
? Bachelor degree (,electronic, chemistry, material science) or above
? Min. 2-3 years related experience
