Main purpose of the job / Mission:
Acting as dedicated HR resource to factory/factories/functions, HR generalist understands the business and translates the needs into HR programs/projects or daily activities in line with Operations China HR strategy and relevant policy.
Key tasks:
1. Carry out recruitment activities based on annual recruitment plan from needs collection, PAF approval candidates sourcing, selection and final offer.
2. Responsible for new staff induction process and have regular talk with new staffs in your dedicated area and feedback to LM and HRM.
3. Analyze learning and development needs and translate needs into L&D programs/activities.
4. Follow up L&D programs and activities with regular summary report.
5. Write announcement for personnel changes or organization changes.
6. Facilitate LM for major HR processes such as PD, people review, compass and annual salary review.
7. Support LM to manage employees to move in/move on/move out with legal compliance.
8. Support LM to commit employees and administer the HR policy.
9. Conduct employee health check talk per request and exit talk to find out route cause for employee voluntary resignation, report to HRM and propose action plan.
10. Present in dedicated factory/function management meetings to understand the business and the people, and to give insight to LM and HRM in perspective of people.
11. Drive and/or participate in relevant projects for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & experience:
1. Bachelor degree, preferred in major of Human Resource Management or Science of Management or Law or Science of Psychology.
2. 3~5 years in HR specialist or generalist role
3. Professional knowledge/skill in HR overall functions.
4. Deciding and taking initiative.
5. Very good writing skill, both in Chinese and English
6. Adapting and response to change.
7. Creating and innovation.
