Key tasks:
1) Be responsible for monitoring the goods receiving inspection/ in-process inspection/ final inspection;
2) Daily monitoring the inspector team on following the SOP, standards, etc., secure the quality of inspection;
3) Register the deviation information of incoming inspection, in process inspection and final inspection, etc. into DDB system, and communicate with internal team on the deviation information; and follow up to ensure the problem be corrected;
4) Follow up disposition progress of the non-conforming parts in inspection site;
5) Support inspector team on the quality standards, criteria and technology;
6) Be responsible on developing and following up inspector team competence on the inspection method, material knowledge, product knowledge, quality tools …;
7) Involve in the claim investigation from quality view, making corrective actions
8) Involve in internal audit of ISO9001 system;

Requirement:
1) Bachelor degree majored in Mechanical Engineering or related;
2) Good knowledge on metal material, casting, forging, machining quality control process, manufacturing technology and industrial standards.
3) Good communication skills in Chinese and English.
4) Good command of inspection methodologies and statistical process control.
5) Above 5 years of quality management experience in multinational companies.
