Key tasks:
1. Cooperation between PS and PCD [Production Maturation of New Product Development ].
2. Defines manufacturing method for carriers.
3. Defines and documents the tools
4. Updating and maintenance of welding procedures.
5. Updating and maintenance of balancing/hardfacing procedures.
6. Estimates production cost and first-time expenses related. NPD projects.
7. Design Notification casework "Production Check"
8. Cooperation between PS and Production
9. Participate in ALPS Cell Status Board meetings as support for problem resolution.
10. Responsible for routing on manual processes for the Conveyor.
11. Support for Conveyor Group primarily manual handling.
12. Project manage for the first time the manufacture of conveyors in Kunshan.
13. Update of instructions for their own support area.

Qualifications & experience:
1. Bachelor degree in welding/mechanical engineering
2. 5-10 years experience in production, good knowledge in Welding, Hard Coating, Bonding, Balancing
3. English fluent in speaking and writing
4. Project Management skills
5. MRP/ERP basic understanding within SFC and BOM/Routing
6. Be a result driven leader who likes to be present in the organization
