Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning, implementation and monitoring of assigned projects
- Work with the cross function and cross countries team to fulfill project scope, delivery, schedule, budget and quality
- Work with marketing team and system engineer to define project scope and system requirements for customization projects
- Responsible for the daily project operation, schedule management and risk handling
- Responsible for the cross function coordination to ensure the projects smoothly go through define, design, validation and manufacturing
- Lead and host the design reviews and toll gate reviews of the projects
- Lead report out sessions of projects to management team
- Track the project status and generate related reports
- Ensure all project documents are completed and centralized controlled
- Support project evaluations and assessment of results
- Support local and global team to implement stage gates process

Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor or above degree in Engineering background, eg: EE, ME
- A minimum of 3 years project management experience in new product development and Existing Product Change
- PMI/PMP certification is a major asset
- Knowledgeable in technology, eg: electromechanical devices, instrumentation, embedded systems, etc.
- Solid knowledge on NPD/EPC process and cross function work flow, eg: Toll Gate process, Six Sigma, etc.
- Strong communication skill and influence skill to work with cross function, cross country team
- Solid foundation on project management operation techniques, eg: MS project, review hosting, report generation, risk analysis/management
- Strong people and time management skills
- Work to deadlines and respond effectively to demanding customer requests
- Good communication skills both in Chinese and English
- A proven fast learner, self motivated, willing to take challenges
