Position Summary:
Responsible for managing lab project when lab utilities installation (lab furniture, gas,
Ventilating duct, air control and others) according to drawings and designing layout required
by customer.
Key Responsibilities: (Bullets)
l To develop and execute project plan.
l To be responsible for cultivating and enhancing relationships with key end users, dealers, general contractors and A&D firms.
l Releasing products to system with CSR together.
l Verifying if layout drawings match with engineering sites.
l Checking engineering status according to schedule and inspection quality on site.
l Coordinating different business partners for installation.
l Preparing project specification during pre and post sale activities.
l Maintain a high proficiency in Thermo Scientific product offering, proposal generation and arranging lab service after sales.
l Technical know-how and product offering of mechanical, electrical and plumbing utility systems required for full service installations of laboratory furniture and fume hoods
l Additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: (Bullets)
l Bachelor degree with engineering course in medical, chemical, mechanical, material, HVAC.
l 3-5 years on site work experience. Equivalent work experience will be better in HVAC, lab gas, laboratory furniture, office furniture, kitchen cabinets, and architecture
l Strong communication and coordinating skill with different business partner.
l Familiarity with CAD and architectural drawings a plus as well as English.
l Ability to work independently as well as in a group setting with little direct supervision.
l Travel required within region.
