职位描述

Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities:
1.Responsible for developing and implementing channel management strategy, processes and programs on selection/recruitment/target setting/termination that facilitate the attainment of revenue, profitability and market share growth objectives.
2.Be responsible for aligning channel management system with distributors to achieve growth objectives in the territory.
3.Create programs to incentivize distributors to improve strategic alignment for growth (rebates, product access, pricing)
4.Work closely with Vertical Sales, Technical Sales and industrial sales teams to streamline distributor resources and increase collaboration between existing distributors in each product line.
5.Manage coverage with the efficient deployment of authorized distributions in assigned territory
6.Lead effective regular business reviews with distributors. Manage the reporting system, create visibility and resolve the key strategic obstacles.
7.Assist distributors to manage its inventory and three months rolling forecast, and help distributors to handle order process and internal complaint.
8.Coach distributors on achieving price realization objectives based on effective product positioning and value selling.
9.Ensure that the necessary support personnel and systems are in place for distributor relationships to succeed in order to achieve and exceed the monthly and annual sales targets
10.Channel management team set up to well implement above mentioned strategy as well as processes.



Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
1.BS degree in Sciences, Medical or Business, MBA preferred
2.Experience in channel management or related field with progressively increasing responsibilities
3.Experience in distribution sales and marketing
4.Fluent oral and excellent English writing skills
5.Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office

6.Demonstrated success in forming interdepartmental relationships
7.Ability to plan, gain consensus and execute a project to completion and success
8.Demonstrated ability to operate independently, with initiative and good business judgment and attitude
9.Strong organizational and time management skills
10.Good communication skills and track record of collaboration with team projects at key accounts
