This Service Leadership position will be focused on team development, process optimization, improved customer satisfaction, as well as service products revenue execution. This functional leadership role will work very closely with all independent businesses Service Managers to lead service team for constant improvement and support business growth, throughout business change. In addition to the direct BU Field Service team management, this position is responsible to Champion the business requirements with the new China Services organization to improve the process and back office execution. These functional teams include: Service Operations, Technical Training, Service Sales / Key Accounts, Local/Oversea Factories, Service Logistics and Technical Support teams.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
Bachelor or advanced degree in business, marketing, mathematics or sciences
Minimum 5 years leading a team experience in support service management,
Industry or experience with Cement, Coal and Minerals processes a plus
SAP ERP experience; CRM experience beneficial
Excellent in written, oral and presentation (communication) skills, both English and Chinese; ability to communicate well with customers and colleagues at all levels in the organization
Good people skills, team orientation and professional attitude
Ability to integrate and work across matrix organizations
Ability to energize team to accomplish goals
Comprehensive computer skills: including database development and searching, PowerPoint, Word, spreadsheets
Honest, independent, self-disciplined, innovative, responsible
