ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Order management
? Manage and follow up enquiries, receive and process orders and manage the order process.
? Forecast verification, update information about detailed forecast and evolution of orders as the month progresses.
? Be first contact in case of emergency or complaint.
? Manage correction process, i.e. goods return & credit/debit note requests.
? Establish working relationship with local supply chain people.
? Provide strong backup for other customer service.
? Flexibility to be able to work on public holidays when required.

Supervising a Team
? Responsible for compiling and driving Monthly metrics for the assigned business.
? Ensure month end closing for the team are completed, and issues resolved in a timely manner.
? Coordinate business needs for assigned business unit. Work with other departments to resolve issues and be proactive in problem solving.
? Monitor and manage daily customer service daily operations. Ensure that the team adheres to the business processes. Drive timely root cause investigations for deviations, and follow up on corrective actions and propose process improvements to prevent re-occurrence.
? Assist Manager in hiring new CSRs & train them when required.
? Identify improvement opportunities within the team, and drive the improvements in assigned business processes .

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
? Bachelor Degree holder or above.
? Strong verbal & written English and Mandarin communication skills.
? 5 years customer service/order fulfillment experience, at least one year working experience as people leader.
? Proven experience in Customer Service work process, system & tools, preferably with SAP experience.
? Experience in servicing the Asia Pacific region. Working exposure in this region will be an added advantage.
