Responsibility
? Develop and implement market & customer plan in Greater China;
o Specialty polymers for the composite and plumbing industry, incl. aerospace, mobile electronics, automotive, and industrial;
o Specialty foam, incl. aerospace, automotive, and industrial;
o Molding compounds for aircraft interiors (in coordination with other BUs);
? Build and accelerate strong relationships across the value chain;
? Identify, validate and develop new customers, distributors & applications; Accountable for Development Pool in Greater China

Requirement
· Minimum Bachelor Degree in relevant fields
? 5+ years working experience in sales & market development, or technical position, incl. value selling of entirely new specialty products;
? Demonstrated technical acumen in specialty polymers or material applications, with potential talent and sense in learning more material and new application;
? Energetic and interested in some new technologies and applications development, with good technique understanding.
? Experience in value developing or selling into composite applications, incl. foams, is a plus;
? Self-starter with hands-on mentality and very high achievement motivation;
? University degree in a technical or chemical domain; supplementary business education is a plus;
? A capable networker and organizer with the ability to create a following in the industry; previous exposure to the aerospace, Electronic Goods, and/or automotive industry is a plus;
? Strong drive to close new business in a timely manner;
