职位描述
Design processes and coordinate internal teams and external vendors to make asset management projects executed smoothly. Monitor customer satisfaction on service performance and drive improvement with related parties’ cooperation. Act as direct interface between customers and internal teams.
1) Design processes of daily operation of asset management, create SOPs and make it implemented. Continue improvement on processes.
2) Coordinate internal teams to take actions per project plans and guarantee project running/implemented successfully.
3) Search and coordinate external vendors to involve when project launched, leverage them to provide efficient support as contract requirements afterwards.
4) Facilitate and enhance client relations. Monitor customer satisfaction and take actions when necessary.
5) Generate reports and other Quality Assurance documentation that the client or management team may require.
6) Ensure accurate and timely completion of projects.
Requirement:
1) Bachelor degree, more than 3 years related working experience, lab management experience preferred.
2) Effective communications skills, good project management skills.
3) Familiar with after sales service processes.
4) Good at English writing/reading/speaking.
5) Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
6) Through knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Project.
7) Ability to perform multiple project-tasks
