- Manage / be responsible for and develop the sales team by training and motivation in order to meet current needs, future challenges, and improve overall performance;
- Assess customer requirements and advise on the most appropriate products, options and services to meet customer and end user needs within the industrial segment, in alignment with industrial strategy;
- Manage and ensure close follow-up with customers by co-operating and coordinating with internal departments. Identify potential local, regional and global major accounts;
- Increase and maintain market awareness and report back to unit on market needs and trends, competitor activities, customer satisfaction and complaints.
- Provide constant customer service, constant communication with the purchasing department on requirements.
Requirements:
- Above college degree, major in chemistry related major;
- At least 3 years' related experience;
- With team management experience
- Good at Mandarin and English, both oral and written;
- Good communication, coordination, administration skill;
- Work with accuracy and team work-orientated.
