Job Title: CAD Technical Support Specialist
Reports To: CTS Manager
Group/Division: China Service
Job Track: Professional
Position Location: Shanghai/Beijing

Position Summary: Be responsible for level 2 technical supports for China service, manage technical documents and distribute to the field, monitor and manage escalations, hot accounts, error reports, helping work out solutions with global technical support for escalated service cases, maintain service website and update service information.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive technical information from factories, global technical supports, such as NPI, new Software release, engineering change order, service technical bulletin, quality recalls, etc.
Issue China level technical bulletin, experrience sharing documentation base on field daily practice.
Proper manage all technical information uploaded to techncial support system.
Ensure all field related team received on time, and monitor/assist the bulletin implementation in the field.
Build up quality escalation/support system, and aligne with global standards
Receive field technical escalateion (error reports, hot accounts, notification, DOA, quality complaint), and provide support.
Regular communication with APAC, Global to share information, involved in Global projects about any technical supports.
Regulat technical review meeting with field team, to help on critical issues.
Involved in new products R&D, especially China for China.
Maintain service website and update service Information
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: (Bullets)
BS degree or above (master is preferred) in instrument, engineering, environment, process chemistry and with General Analytical Instrument application knowledge.
2-6 years working knowledge of analytical instrument. Fluency with personal computers is also required.
Must have proven ability to diagnose and resolve problems on sophisticated electronic, mechanical and optical instrumentation in a commercial scientific laboratory environment.
Willing to learn new technical and new skills.
Must have the ability to work independently, have effective communication skills, interpersonal, listening, speaking and written skills.
Effective oral and written communication skills in English, multiple languages is preferred ( prefer > CET 6)
Project management skill is preferred
Quality management experience, Lean and 6 Sigma are preferred.
Willing to travel, but not frequently

Non-Negotiable Hiring Criteria: (Bullet 3-5 key quantifiable skills or position requirements that the candidate must have to be considered for this position.)
2-6 years working knowledge of analytical instruments as FSE or technical support.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Mandarin and English;
Have proven ability to learn new knowledge and skills.
